| 3 large skinless boneless chicken breast halves | garlic salt | 2 tablespoons olive oil |
| 12 taco shells | 1 cup grated cheddar cheese | 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese |
| 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce | 3 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped | purchased mild salsa |
| 1 | Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; saute until cooked, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to plate; cool. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Place in taco shells. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and salsa. |
