Teriyaki Steak

INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper 1 Tbsp cooking oil 2 Tbsp pineapple juice
2 Tbsp water 1/4 C soy sauce



1 Mash garlic with sugar to fine pulp; mix with other ingredients in dish large enough to hold the steak. (Don't add salt, remember soy sauce is salty). Put in steak, turn to coat it well, let stand 4 hours or longer. Drain well, then broil or grill, to doneness. (Steak is good when cut to 1/2" thick.)
