| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 clove garlic | 1 Tbsp brown sugar | 1/2 tsp ground ginger |
| 1/2 tsp black pepper | 1 Tbsp cooking oil | 2 Tbsp pineapple juice |
| 2 Tbsp water | 1/4 C soy sauce | |
| 1 | Mash garlic with sugar to fine pulp; mix with other ingredients in dish large enough to hold the steak. (Don't add salt, remember soy sauce is salty). Put in steak, turn to coat it well, let stand 4 hours or longer. Drain well, then broil or grill, to doneness. (Steak is good when cut to 1/2" thick.) |
