| BROWN TOGETHER: 2 lb ground beef | 1 clove garlic | 1 C onion, chopped |
| 1 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp pepper | MIX TOGETHER: 1/4 C flour |
| 1/2 tsp hot pepper sacue | 1/2 tsp salt | 1-1/2 C milk |
| 3 cans whole chiles | 3 C sharp cheese, shredded | |
| 1 | Place 1/2 the chiles in a large casserole; sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese. Pour meat mixture in next; then remaining chiles, then cheese. Pour egg mixture over top. |
