| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 pounds spareribs | 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning | 1/2 cup catsup |
| 1/2 cup commercial hot barbecue sauce | 1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted | 1/4 cup butter or margarine |
| 2 tablespoons brown sugar | 1 tablespoon soy sauce | 2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
| 4 to 5 green onions, finely chopped | ||
| 1 | Cut ribs into serving-size pieces, and sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place ribs in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
| 2 | Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove ribs from oven, and baste with sauce. Cover and bake an additional 45 minutes. Turn and baste occasionally with remaining sauce. |
