| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 (1-inch-thick) lamb sirloin chops | 1/2 cup finely chopped onion | 2 cloves garlic, sliced |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce | 1/4 cup cider vinegar | 2 tablespoons honey |
| 2 teaspoons ground ginger | 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard | 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
| 1 | Trim excess fat from chops, and place chops in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chops occasionally. |
| 2 | Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with marinade. |
