Teriyaki Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS:
6 (1-inch-thick) lamb sirloin chops 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon pepper



1 Trim excess fat from chops, and place chops in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chops occasionally.
2 Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with marinade.
