INGREDIENTS:
3 cups fat-free skim or 1% lowfat milk 2 cups regular-strength brewed coffee Cocoa powder or ground cinnamon, optional



1 Heat milk in a microwave oven or in a small saucepan over the stove just until it starts to steam and a few bubbles appear; don't let it boil.
2 Divide the coffee and milk equally among three mugs (or bowls, for a special treat. Try cereal bowls; leave at least a half-inch of room at the top, so you won't burn your hands when you pick up the bowl). Sweeten to taste and dust with optional cocoa powder or cinnamon.
