INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup olive oil 2-1/2 pounds zucchini, cut into 2-inch-long pieces, then 1/2x1/2-inch strips 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil



1 Heat oil in large deep skillet over high heat. Add zucchini and saue until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Toss with basil. Season to taste with slat and pepper and serve.
