| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened | 1 cup packed brown sugar | 1/2 cup granulated sugar |
| 1/4 cup milk | 1 large egg | 1 teaspoon vanilla |
| 1 cup all-purpose flour | 1 teaspoon cinnamon | 1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt | 3 cups old-fashioned oats | 1 cup raisins |
| 1 | Heat oven to 350 F. Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire racks. |
