INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup soy sauce 1 to 2 tablespoons water or dashi 2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 green onion, minced 1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds dried hot-red-pepper flakes to taste



1 In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow to stand at room temperature 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
