INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces rice flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 to 1/2 cup water to make dough ghee



1 Mix the rice flour, salt, and cayenne with enough water to make a soft dough. Let it stand for half an hour
2 Divide the dough into flour, and roll each piece out to form a large disk about 8 inches in diameter.
3 Dry-cook it on a tava or griddle. As it flecks to brown, turn over and do the same to the other side.
4 Serve spread with ghee.
