| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 8 ounces rice flour | 1 teaspoon salt | 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) |
| 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to make dough | ghee | |
| 1 | Mix the rice flour, salt, and cayenne with enough water to make a soft dough. Let it stand for half an hour |
| 2 | Divide the dough into flour, and roll each piece out to form a large disk about 8 inches in diameter. |
| 3 | Dry-cook it on a tava or griddle. As it flecks to brown, turn over and do the same to the other side. |
