Sumptuous Spinach and Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 (14-ounce) can artichokes, drained and finely chopped 1 (10-ounce) package rinsed fresh spinach leaves, stems removed and finely chopped
tostada or tortilla chips



1 Combine all ingredients in a 3-1/2 quart or smaller slow cooker.
2 Cover and cook on high heat setting 2 hours, until hot and bubbling.
3 Stir well and serve with tostadas or other tortilla chips.
