| 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper | 1 (14-ounce) can artichokes, drained and finely chopped | 1 (10-ounce) package rinsed fresh spinach leaves, stems removed and finely chopped |

| 1 | Combine all ingredients in a 3-1/2 quart or smaller slow cooker. |
