| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup cranberries (50 to 60) | 1 cup sifted powdered sugar | 1 egg white |
| 1 | Beat egg white and sugar until very stiff; this can be tinted red or green. Drop cranberries one at a time into meringue until coated. Drop no more than 18 to 20 at a time onto a non-stick, ungreased cookie sheet making a swirl on top of each. You will have 3 bakings. Bake in preheated slow oven, 250 for 8-10 minutes or until dry. Do not brown them. |
