Preheat a 375 F oven. Grease an ovenproff dish, and line with one of the phyllo pastry sheets. |

Mix the butter, eggs, and yogurt together in a bowl. Brush a little of this mixture onto the phyllo pastry. Place another sheet on top and brush with the mixture again, then repeat. |

Mash the cheese in a separate bowl with the parsley, chili powder or paprika, and salt and pepper. Spread this mixture evenly over the pastry in the dish. |

Sandwich the remaining pastry sheets with the egg mixture on top of the filling. Brush the top sheet as well, then cook in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. |
