| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 lime | 1 teaspoon superfine sugar | 2 ounces Cachaca (Brazilian rum) or white rum |
| 1/2 cup crushed ice | ||
| 1 | Coarsely chop the lime and transfer it to the mixing glass of a cocktail shaker with the sugar, adding more if liked. Muddle thoroughly to extract all the juice and oil from lime peel. Add the rum and ice. Shake vigorously and pour, unstrained, into a cocktail glass. |
