| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 small carrot | 1 tablespoon milk | 1 teaspoon curry powder |
| 1/2 of an 8-ounce container soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion | 4 6-inch flour tortillas | 8 lettuce leaves |
| 3 2-1/2-ounce packages very thinly sliced smoked turkey | ||
| 1 | Coarsely shred carrot, then set aside. In a small mixing bowl combine milk and curry powder. Then stir in cream cheese till well blended. |
| 2 | To assemble, spread one-fourth of the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each tortilla. Top with shredded carrot, then top with lettuce leaves and turkey. Fold tortillas in half and secure with wooden toothpicks. |
