Tarragon Chicken-Salad Pitas

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups frozen diced cooked chicken 1/2 cup seedless grapes 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 to 3 teaspoons milk 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed 2 large pita bread rounds
lettuce leaves



1 Place chicken in a clear plastic bag. Seal tightly. Place bag in bowl of hot water about 5 minutes or till partially thawed.
2 While chicken is thawing, cut grapes in half. Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, milk, and tarragon. Add chicken and grapes. Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3 To serve, cut pitas crosswise in half, then open and line 3 halves with lettuce leaves. (Reserve the remaining pita half for another use.) Spoon chicken mixture into pockets.
