INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup lard or vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tablespoon sweet paprika



1 Heat the lard in a small pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, and saute until light brown, 1 minute. Discard the garlic. Remove from the heat, and stir in the paprika.
