Corn in the Husks

INGREDIENTS:
6 to 8 ears fresh corn with husks melted butter seasoned salt



1 Carefully peel husks back from corn ears without removing them. Wash and remove cornsilk. Brush ears with melted butter and season with seasoned salt. Fold husk back, and trim off any excess stalk so that the corn will fit into crock upright, stalk end down. Cover and cook at high for 45 minutes, then switch to low for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
