Armenian Green Beans

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cube butter or margarine (can use oil if desired-1/4 C.) 1 medium onion, sliced sliced garlic (optional)
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 T minced parsley 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 lb cooked string beans (can be frozen, fresh or canned)



1 Saute onions and garlic in either oil or butter until transparent, add mushrooms and saute. Add rest of ingredients, let simmer on burner for 1 hour or more.
