| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cube butter or margarine (can use oil if desired-1/4 C.) | 1 medium onion, sliced | sliced garlic (optional) |
| 4 fresh mushrooms, sliced | 1 T minced parsley | 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce |
| 1 lb cooked string beans (can be frozen, fresh or canned) | ||
| 1 | Saute onions and garlic in either oil or butter until transparent, add mushrooms and saute. Add rest of ingredients, let simmer on burner for 1 hour or more. |
