| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 pound ground beef | 1/4 pound ground pork | 2 cloves garlic |
| 1 scallion | 1/8 pound bean curd (about 2 inches) | 1 teaspoon sesame seeds |
| 2 teaspoons sesame oil | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1 tablespoon sugar |

| 1 | Crush the garlic and mince the scallion. Combine with the ground meat and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Roll the meat into 6 flat hamburger patties. |
| 2 | Grill the meat over a charcoal or an electric grill. If neither of these is available, use a broiler. |
