| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb leftover beef, cubed | 1/3 cup beef broth | 1 tbsp. vinegar |
| salt, pepper, to taste | 1/3 cup onion, chopped | 2 tbsp oil |
| 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped | ||
| 1 | Combine beef, broth, vinegar, salt, pepper and onion; refrigerate and allow to marinate 2-3 hours. Drain, then mix with oil. Serve over lettuce and garnish with chopped egg. |
