| 1 cup olive oil | 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice | 3 tablespoons honey |
| 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel | 3 4.5-ounce bags mesclun salad mix | 6 tomatoes, cut into wedges |
