Texas Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups butter or margarine, softened 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1 (5-ounce) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup garlic-flavored wine vinegar 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons hot sauce
salt to taste red pepper to taste



1 Combine butter and mustard in a medium bowl, stirring until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate sauce 24 hours. Heat thoroughly, and use to baste beef, pork, or chicken when grilling.
