| 2 cups butter or margarine, softened | 2 tablespoons dry mustard | 1 (5-ounce) bottle Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 cup garlic-flavored wine vinegar | 3 tablespoons lemon juice | 2 teaspoons hot sauce |

| 1 | Combine butter and mustard in a medium bowl, stirring until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate sauce 24 hours. Heat thoroughly, and use to baste beef, pork, or chicken when grilling. |
