INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 pounds beef chuck roast, sliced thin across the grain 1/4 cup light soy sauce 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 1 tablespoon catsup or chili sauce
dash of Tabasco 2 tablespoons dry sherry 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 green onion, chopped



1 Marinate the beef strips in the remaining ingredients for 30 minutes. Broil quickly on one side, just until lightly browned.
