INGREDIENTS:
1-3/8 cups water 5/8 cup red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar



1 Put the vinegar, water, salt and sugar in a clean jug and mix well together until the salt and sugar are completely diluted. Use with any of the vegetables listed below.
