INGREDIENTS:
3/4 C half and half (or milk) 2 egg yolks 3 T butter or margarine
2 C flour 1 t salt 1/4 C sugar
2 t yeast



1 Add the ingredients to your machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2 If you like, you can make a glaze of 1 egg yolk and 1 T of milk, and paint it on at the end of the final rise.
3 Use a regular/white, light, or rapid bread cycle.
