| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cloves garlic | 1 teaspoon salt | 1/2 cup vegetable oil |
| 1/2 cup lemon juice or vinegar | 1/2 cup water | 1/4 cup finely grated onion |
| 1 teaspoon pepper | 2 tespoons Worcestershire sauce | 2 (2-1/2 to 3 pound) broiler-fryers, split |
| 1 | Mash garlic with salt in a small bowl, using a fork; stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Cover and refrigerate sauce 24 hours. |
