INGREDIENTS:
2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup lemon juice or vinegar 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup finely grated onion
1 teaspoon pepper 2 tespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 (2-1/2 to 3 pound) broiler-fryers, split



1 Mash garlic with salt in a small bowl, using a fork; stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Cover and refrigerate sauce 24 hours.
2 Grill chicken over low coals 45 minutes or until done. Turn and baste frequently with sauce.
