| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3-1/2 cups cooked potatoes, mashed | 3 tbls. butter | 1-1/2 tsp salt |
| dash of pepper | 1/4 tsp parsley, chopped | 2/3 cup milk, hot |
| 1/2 cup sweet cream | 3/4 cup bread crumbs | |
| 1 | Mix mashed potatoes, while still hot, with butter, salt, pepper, parsley and hot milk. Beat thoroughly for 3 minutes. Turn into a buttered baking dish. pour cream over mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in hot (425 F) oven until crumbs are well browned. |
