| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| fresh mushrooms | salt | white vinegar |
| minced garlic | finely chopped parsley | oilive oil |
| dried oregano | ||
| 1 | Wash and trim mushrooms. Add to pan of salted water. Bring to boil, then remove from heat. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again. Place mushrooms in bowl along with white vinegar to cover. Meanwhile, combine garlic, parsley, olive oil and oregano in bowl. Mix well. Strain vinegar from mushrooms. Add mushrooms to herb mixture and mix gently to coat. Transfer to jar. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 days befor using. |
