INGREDIENTS:
6 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons sugar 6 tablespoons cornstarch
6 tablespoons flour 6 tablespoons ground Brazil nuts jelly



1 Mix butter and sugar until creamy, work in the dry ingredients sifted together and the nuts. Roll out on floured board to 1/4-inch thickness and cut with 2-inch cooky cutter. Bake in a 350-degree oven about 20 minutes, or until very light brown. Cool and put cookies together with jelly, making little sandwiches.
