| 6 pork chops (or 12 pork spareribs) | MARINADE: 1 cup white vinegar | 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic |
| 1/2 cup sugar | 1 tablespoon salt | 1/2 cup soy sauce |
| DIP: 1 cup white vinegar | 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic | 3 teaspoons red-hot pepper sauce |
| 1 | Marinate the pork chops or spareribs overnight. Preheat oven to 425 F for 40 minutes. Broil for 15 minutes, browning both sides (a barbecue grill is preferable). Serve hot with vinegar dip. |
