INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds of pork spareribs or country-style ribs 2 large onions, peeled and sliced into rings 1 cup catsup
1 cup water 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/4 teaspoon chili powder



1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Whip ribs with a damp paper towel. In a large roaster or a covered baking dish, layer ribs and onion rings. In a small bowl, combine catsup, water, celery seed, salt, pepper, mustard and chili powder. Blend thoroughly and pour over ribs and onions. Bake 3 to 4 hours.
