| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cup red wine vinegar | 1/2 cup water | 2 tablespoons minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon salt | 1/2 teaspoon pepper | 1 2-1/2-pound chicken, cut into serving pieces |
| 1/4 cup chopped onion | 1/2 cup cubed red, ripe tomatoes | 1/2 cup finely chopped chicken liver |

| 1 | Mix vinegar, water, garlic, salt and pepper in a pot. Add chicken pieces, bring to a boil and simmer until chicken is tender. Add onion and tomatoes. Add the chicken liver. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with patis or salt before serving. Serve hot. |
