Surprise Meat Loaves

INGREDIENTS:
2 beaten eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup rye toast crumbs (1 slice)
2 tablespoons snipped parsley 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 pound ground pork 1 cup (4 ounces) cubed process Swiss cheese
1 cup chopped canned luncheon meat 1 tablespoon snipped parsley



1 Combine egg, milk, bread crumbs, the 2 tablespoons parsley, worcestershire, salt, and dash pepper. Add ground beef and pork; mix well. Combine cubed cheese, luncheon meat, and 1 tablespoon parsley. Divide meat mixture into six portions. Form each into a small loaf around 1/3 cup of the cheese mixture. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 45 minutes. Drain off excess fat.
