| 1/2 oz orange curacao or orgeat syrup | 1 oz pineapple juice, unsweetened | 1/2 oz lime juice |
| 1/4 oz orange triple sec or cointreau | 1 oz light rum | 1 oz dark rum |
| crushed ice | mint sprig | pineapple slice |
| 1 | Combine curacao or orgeat, pineapple and lime juices, triple sec, and rums. Mix well. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and pineapple or maraschino cherry speared to a wedge of pineapple. |
