INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz orange curacao or orgeat syrup 1 oz pineapple juice, unsweetened 1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz orange triple sec or cointreau 1 oz light rum 1 oz dark rum
crushed ice mint sprig pineapple slice



1 Combine curacao or orgeat, pineapple and lime juices, triple sec, and rums. Mix well. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and pineapple or maraschino cherry speared to a wedge of pineapple.
2 For the aloha touch, serve in a scooped out small pineapple or pineapple half.
