| 4 fresh trout, about 12 ounces each | SPICE MARINADE: 1 teaspoon turmeric | 1 teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1 teaspoon ground black pepper | 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves | 3 tablespoons mustard or peanut oil |
