Cauliflower, Polish Style (Blumenkohl, polnisch)

INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower salt, in water to cover 2 egg yolks
3 tbls butter 1 tbls bread crumbs



1 Divide cauliflower into several medium-sized sections and soak in cold salted water for 15 minutes. Bring water to a boil and cook cauliflower in it until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and remove carefully so vegetable will not break up. Put on a hot platter. Beat egg yolks and pour over cauliflower. Melt butter and brown bread crumbs lightly in it. Top cauliflower with this and serve.
