| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 Tbsp oil | 2 Tbsp diced onion | 2 large green chiles, chopped (cooked) |
| 1 small jalapeno chile, diced | 6-oz can tomato sauce | 2 Tbsp tomato paste |
| 1 cup drained, cooked ground beef | ||
| 1 | Saute onions in oil until tender. Add chiles, tomato sauce and paste. Stir, bring to a boil. Slow cook over medium heat 5-8 minutes, covered. Add seasonings, simmer 5 minutes. Add meat. (Use as a dip with tortilla chips) |
