INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp oil 2 Tbsp diced onion 2 large green chiles, chopped (cooked)
1 small jalapeno chile, diced 6-oz can tomato sauce 2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 cup drained, cooked ground beef



1 Saute onions in oil until tender. Add chiles, tomato sauce and paste. Stir, bring to a boil. Slow cook over medium heat 5-8 minutes, covered. Add seasonings, simmer 5 minutes. Add meat. (Use as a dip with tortilla chips)
