| 6 cups watermelon, seeded, pureed | 2 cups cantaloupe, diced 1/4" | 1 bunch scallions, diced fine |
| juice of 3 limes | salt to taste | Tabasco to taste |
| 3 tsps fresh mint, chopped fine | 2 Tbsps Midori liqueur, optional | 3 cups watermelon, diced 1/4" |
| 1 | Place all the ingredients except the diced watermelon into a blender and puree. Serve well chilled. Garnish with the diced watermelon. |
