INGREDIENTS:
6 cups watermelon, seeded, pureed 2 cups cantaloupe, diced 1/4" 1 bunch scallions, diced fine
juice of 3 limes salt to taste Tabasco to taste
3 tsps fresh mint, chopped fine 2 Tbsps Midori liqueur, optional 3 cups watermelon, diced 1/4"



1 Place all the ingredients except the diced watermelon into a blender and puree. Serve well chilled. Garnish with the diced watermelon.
