Baked Apples

INGREDIENTS:
4 large apples 1/2 cup raisins 1 Tbs cinnamon
4 Tbs honey 4 Tbs butter



1 Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2 Wash and dry the apples, then using a paring knife core them without piercing through one end of the apples. Mix together the raisins and honey. Spoon some of the raisin mixture into each of the apples. Place a tablespoon of butter on top of the stuffing. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the apples.
3 Put the stuffed apples in a small, buttered baking dish. Place in the oven and bake till tender, about 30 minutes. Serve as is or with dollops of whipped cream.
