| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 large apples | 1/2 cup raisins | 1 Tbs cinnamon |
| 4 Tbs honey | 4 Tbs butter | |
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 400 F. |
| 2 | Wash and dry the apples, then using a paring knife core them without piercing through one end of the apples. Mix together the raisins and honey. Spoon some of the raisin mixture into each of the apples. Place a tablespoon of butter on top of the stuffing. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the apples. |
| 3 | Put the stuffed apples in a small, buttered baking dish. Place in the oven and bake till tender, about 30 minutes. Serve as is or with dollops of whipped cream. |
