Ice Cream with Hot Fudge Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups dark corn syrup 1/2 cup milk 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 quart vanilla ice cream 1 quart coffee ice cream



1 Bring first 4 ingredients to simmer in heavy medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally. Boil 2 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and extract and whisk until smooth. Cool slightly.
2 Place 1 scoop of each ice cream in each bowl. Drizzle warm sauce over.
