| 1-1/2 cups dark corn syrup | 1/2 cup milk | 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
| pinch of salt | 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips | 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1 quart vanilla ice cream | 1 quart coffee ice cream | |
| 1 | Bring first 4 ingredients to simmer in heavy medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally. Boil 2 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and extract and whisk until smooth. Cool slightly. |
