| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 to 8 (1-inch-think) pork loin or rib chops | 1/2 cup vegetable oil | 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 1/4 cup lemon juice | 1 tablespoon salt | 1 teaspoon paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon pepper | 6 bay leaves, halved | 3 cloves garlic, crushed |
| 1 | Trim excess fat from pork chops, and place chops in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning once. |
| 2 | Remove pork chops from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill over medium coals 40 to 45 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Turn and baste occasionally with reserved marinade. |
