| 1/4 cup yhour favorite spaghetti sauce, heated | 1/4 cup cottage cheese | Basic Omelet |
| 1/2 tablespoon fresh-grated parmesan or Romano cheese | salt and pepper to taste | sliced tomato for garnish |
| 1 | Heat the spaghetti sauce. Place the cottage cheese in the omelet, ladle the sauce over the cheese, and sprinkle with the cheese. Add salt and pepper. Fold, and serve. Garnish with tomato slices. |
