| 1 package (8 oz) macaroni cooked and drained (6 cups cooked) | 2 tablespoons oil | 1 can (13-oz) evaporated milk |
| 1-1/2 cups milk | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 3 cups shredded sharp processed cheese |
| 1/4 cup melted butter | 2 tablespoons minced onion | |
| 1 | Toss cooked macaroni in 2 tablespoons oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased stoneware. Stir well. Cover and cook on Low 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally. |
