INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1-1/2 cups cooked orzo
1-1/2 cups cooked barley salt and pepper to taste



1 Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet. Saute the orzo and barley over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
