INGREDIENTS:
1 egg 1/8 cup olive oil 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard pinch of saut



1 Coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water. Let stand for 15 minutes.
2 Place all ingredients in a food blender, and mix.
