| 2-1/2 lbs beef sirloin steak, cut in 1-1/2" pieces | 3 green peppers, cut int 1" squares | 5 tomatoes, quartered |

| 1 | Place meat in a baking dish. Pour on marinade. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drain, saving marinade. Alternate beef, pepper, and tomatoes on skewers. Grill over medium-hot coals 15 minutes or additional time according to taste. Baste occasionally with marinade. |
