Apricot Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS:
4 orange pekoe tea bags 1 sprig mint 1/3 cup sugar
4-1/4 cups water 3-1/2 cups apricot nectar



1 Place tea bags, mint, and sugar in a heatproof pitcher. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags, sugar, and mint. Steep 5 minutes and remove bags. Cool tea, add apricot nectar, and chill, covered, until cold, about 1 hour. Serve tea over cracked ice.
