| 4 orange pekoe tea bags | 1 sprig mint | 1/3 cup sugar |
| 4-1/4 cups water | 3-1/2 cups apricot nectar | |
| 1 | Place tea bags, mint, and sugar in a heatproof pitcher. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags, sugar, and mint. Steep 5 minutes and remove bags. Cool tea, add apricot nectar, and chill, covered, until cold, about 1 hour. Serve tea over cracked ice. |
