INGREDIENTS:
5 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon lemon juice 4-6 eggs
pinch of mint powder cooking oil salt and pepper



1 Crush garlic with salt and mix with lemon juice. Fry this mixture, then slide eggs onto pan and fry. Baste once or twice. Sprinkle with mint and seasoning.
