INGREDIENTS:
2 quarts whole milk 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 4 3-ounce tablets Ibarra chocolate, coarsely chopped



1 Stir milk and cocoa powder in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat until cocoa dissolves. Add chocolate; whisk until smooth and cocoa almost comes to simmer, about 6 minutes.
